SLA 3D printing technology, selected high-smoothness resin material that is close to the final water cup material in touch, leveraged the process’s high precision and smooth surface advantages to accurately restore the unique curvature, shape and surface texture of each of the 10 water cup designs. post-processing (polishing, deburring) for each sample to ensure the cup body is smooth and burr-free, and the grip meets the design requirements, completed sample verification for all 10 designs within 1 day, and delivered 10 sets of samples (1 set per design) within 5 days.
