2.Can JITMFG's post-processing services be matched with parts processed by various processes, and what are the precision guarantees?

JITMFG's post-processing services are compatible with parts processed by most common processes (including CNC, FDM, SLA, MJF, SLS, silicone mold vacuum casting, etc.), but they are not fully compatible with all processes and parts. The specific post-processing process to be selected depends on the original processing technology of the parts and their structural characteristics. Our technical team will comprehensively evaluate the part's processing process, material, and structural complexity, and recommend the most suitable post-processing solution to avoid adverse effects on the part's precision and performance. We strictly control the precision during the post-processing process to avoid damaging the original precision of the parts: the post-processing process will not affect the dimensional accuracy of the parts, and the surface precision after chemical fumigation polishing, painting and other processes can be maintained consistent with the original parts. For laser engraving and silk screen printing, the positioning precision can reach ±0.1mm, ensuring that the marking and patterns are accurate and neat.

4.What is the delivery cycle of JITMFG's post-processing services, and does it need to be added to the processing cycle of the parts?

The delivery cycle of post-processing services is determined according to the type of post-processing, the quantity of parts and the complexity of the process, and it needs to be superimposed on the processing cycle of the parts (such as CNC processing, 3D printing processes, silicone mold vacuum casting, etc.). The specific cycle reference: ① Simple post-processing (dyeing, laser engraving for small batches): 2-4 days; ② Medium-complex post-processing (painting, silk screen printing): 3-5 days; ③ Complex post-processing (nano-plating, chemical fumigation polishing, metal oxidation): 4-7 days. We will optimize the process sequence to minimize the total cycle and ensure that the overall delivery time meets the customer's project requirements.
